Free, evidence-graded courses — in development, DRAFT and pending physician sign-off — to work through before ibogaine or psychedelic therapy: one for the veteran, one for the person walking it with them. Every claim is graded. Nothing here promises safety, decides for you, or replaces your medical team.
The first thing every learner reads — patient and caregiver alike.
Every claim in these courses carries an evidence grade, and every safety-critical module carries a clinician-sign-off gate:
Our conflict of interest, stated plainly: Operation Whole Health sells wellness products and is also building this readiness standard. The education and standards work is firewalled from product sales — nothing here is contingent on your buying anything.
An honest, evidence-graded program you prepare with before ibogaine or psychedelic therapy — built to be co-branded with a clinic, never to replace its care or consent.
For the veteran being treated — 12 modules, from the Honesty Compact through integration and red flags.
ReadThe under-served track: 8 modules for the family member or support person — the second patient everyone forgets.
ReadThe curriculum architecture behind both tracks and the physician sign-off gate. A dedicated provider/CE track isn't written yet — this is the blueprint.
ReadCompleted in order. The exact modules, no more and no less:
The parallel program for the person who walks it with them:
One universal core, then a medicine-specific layer.
Every learner completes a universal readiness core covering all four medicines, then a medicine-specific layer that goes deep on the actual risks of the treatment they've chosen — starting with ibogaine's cardiac and metabolic screening.
See each one, honestly graded, on Medicines and in the Modality Education Library.
The medicine-specific layer includes Preparing the Terrain. Whether preparing the body beforehand improves outcomes is an open Hypothesis still being studied — we say so plainly. Prep is test-first, conservative, and physician-timed; more detox is not safer, and aggressive detox right before a cardiotoxic medicine can add risk.
