PROTOTYPE / DRAFT v0.1 — concept for review
Operation Whole Health · Learn

Learn the whole truth before you decide

Free, evidence-graded courses — in development, DRAFT and pending physician sign-off — to work through before ibogaine or psychedelic therapy: one for the veteran, one for the person walking it with them. Every claim is graded. Nothing here promises safety, decides for you, or replaces your medical team.

The promise

The Honesty Compact

The first thing every learner reads — patient and caregiver alike.

"We will always tell you the truth about what we know, what we think, what is still being studied, and what nobody yet knows. We will never oversell a benefit or hide a risk. This education helps you make an informed decision with your medical team — it does not make the decision for you, and it is not a substitute for your clinician's care."

Every claim in these courses carries an evidence grade, and every safety-critical module carries a clinician-sign-off gate:

Established strong evidencePlausible promising / mechanisticHypothesis unproven, being studiedClinician sign-off requires a physician

Our conflict of interest, stated plainly: Operation Whole Health sells wellness products and is also building this readiness standard. The education and standards work is firewalled from product sales — nothing here is contingent on your buying anything.

Where to start

An honest, evidence-graded program you prepare with before ibogaine or psychedelic therapy — built to be co-branded with a clinic, never to replace its care or consent.

Patient Track — the 12 modules

Completed in order. The exact modules, no more and no less:

  1. Welcome & The Honesty Compact
  2. Your Brain After Service
  3. What These Medicines Actually Are
  4. Informed Consent I — The Benefits, Honestly
  5. Informed Consent II — The Honest Risks
  6. What's Happening in Your Body & Mind
  7. Medical Readiness — What Your Team Will Check
  8. Preparing the Terrain
  9. Mindset, Intention & Emotional Readiness
  10. The Day Of — What to Expect
  11. Integration — Where the Real Work Continues
  12. Red Flags & When to Get Help

Caregiver Track — the 8 modules

The parallel program for the person who walks it with them:

  1. You Are the Second Patient
  2. Understanding What They're Facing
  3. The Risks You Personally Need to Know
  4. Supporting the Preparation
  5. During Treatment — Your Role
  6. Integration & Post-Care — The Weeks After
  7. Crisis Recognition & Response
  8. Caring for the Caregiver

How the courses fit together

One universal core, then a medicine-specific layer.

Every learner completes a universal readiness core covering all four medicines, then a medicine-specific layer that goes deep on the actual risks of the treatment they've chosen — starting with ibogaine's cardiac and metabolic screening.

IbogainePsilocybinKetamineMDMA

See each one, honestly graded, on Medicines and in the Modality Education Library.

The medicine-specific layer includes Preparing the Terrain. Whether preparing the body beforehand improves outcomes is an open Hypothesis still being studied — we say so plainly. Prep is test-first, conservative, and physician-timed; more detox is not safer, and aggressive detox right before a cardiotoxic medicine can add risk.

Legality is on you to verify. Ibogaine, psilocybin, and MDMA are federally Schedule I; ketamine is Schedule III and esketamine (Spravato) is FDA-approved. Laws vary by jurisdiction — verify what is legal where you are. This education never promotes or instructs illegal use.
Draft status. All three courses are marked DRAFT v0.1 — pre-clinician-review, not for patients yet. Every consent, cardiac, and emergency module Clinician sign-off must be authored and signed line-by-line by a named, licensed physician with psychedelic-medicine credentials before any patient sees it. Clinical decisions belong to your treating clinician.
