PROTOTYPE / DRAFT v0.1 — concept for review
Operation Whole Health · The Readiness & Informed-Consent Standard

The Standard

Public. Evidence-graded. Physician-owned. The shared bar for how people are safely prepared, screened, and honestly informed before any psychedelic or emerging therapy — worldwide.

New — the uniting piece. The Common Outcome Protocol is the shared way every clinic, study group, and university measures readiness, safety, and results — so the field's evidence finally pools into one credible record. Read the protocol →
The promise

Honest by design

The standard is free to read and openly versioned. Its guiding rule is simple:

The Honesty Compact: "We will always tell you the truth about what we know, what we think, what is still being studied, and what nobody yet knows. We will never oversell a benefit or hide a risk. This supports an informed decision with a medical team — it does not replace clinical care or consent."
What it covers

One Common Core + a safety annex per medicine

The universal spine applies to every treatment; each medicine adds its own specific dangers and screening.

1 · Screen

Universal medical + cardiovascular + psychiatric screening and full medication reconciliation.

2 · Prepare

Conservative, test-first terrain optimization and psychological + caregiver preparation.

3 · Clear-to-Treat

A documentation handoff — the go/no-go always belongs to the treating clinician.

Modality annexes: Ibogaine (cardiac) · MDMA (serotonin/heat) · Ketamine (bladder/dependence) · Psilocybin & LSD (psychological/HPPD) · Cannabis (psychosis) · Kratom (liver/dependence) — extensible to any new medicine.
